PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI, and bank transfer. All prices on our website are in INR. Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing your order, and you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aysar fashion Jewellers.we don’t have exchange policy If damaged product due to courier partner you may return your item(s) within 3 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
